Philosophy degree from the University of Louisville, fluent in Spanish, passable French and Catalan.
I'll take the December LSAT, so I'll be getting in a little late.
What are my chances at HYS for this cycle?
NYU? Columbia?
Cal-Berkely? Cornell?

Wait, did you actually get the 172, or is it hypothetical?

hypothetical, sorry! My PTs are high 160s, low 170s. So, I'm expecting a 172ish

You shouldn't. While it seems like most people score somewhere within their PT range, there are lots of people who score substantially lower. There was someone in this last administration that posted that they scored 14 points below their average. You can't presume it won't happen to you and if you're taking in December and do poorly, you won't even have time to retake for this cycle. Even if you do well in Dec, you'll be applying late and the difference between a 172 and a 169 can be huge.

I meant to add it to the original post. 172 is only what I guess I´ll get it. I was just wanting to know what my chances if I do get the score.
I definitely feel you, ´expecting´ can be dangerous
