3.91 UGPA at a Great Books LAC, but a failed summer course during high schools brings the LSDAS GPA down to 3.77 (ouch)

Took LSAT once this last time got a 167 after prep testing between 160 and 164

I should have excellent softs and have some work experience at my school that is likely relevant and have served on some educational boards

Additionally, I have had two Minor in Possessions, but have had both dismissed after completing diversion processes, and have written a very upfront statement. I'm particularly looking for advice as to whether this will hurt me and how my non-traditional education will be perceived.

Do I have a shot in hell at:

Chicago
Cornell
Michigan
Northwestern

And will I be fine at:

Notre Dame (with $, ?)
Illinois
Minnesota
Vanderbilt
WUSL
Wisconsin
Kent

Much appreciated!

No one will care about your MIPs. Softs are average. You're unique, just like everyone else. Enjoy http://lawschoolnumbers.com/, which is basically the best "chances" tool out there.

How much can softs affect an application to Chicago?

Specifically, I'm wondering how much things like a personal statement that shows my affinities with their program and the nature of my educational background might help.
