LSAT: 176
GPA: 3.63

Currently in senior year at a good state school. GPA can go as high as 3.7 and as low as 3.6 (most likely 3.6ish). I have my real estate license and am planning on taking 1-2 years off working (not necessarily real estate). I'm not an URM. Do I have a shot at YHS? How about CCN? Am I guaranteed the rest of the t-14 or will my gpa hurt me? How important will how I spend my next year or two be? Does it matter if I have a good job or some mediocre-poor job?

A shot at CCN, but not a *great* shot. I'd say pretty good though, almost a definite with an ED.

Anything else is a lock, imo.

I think he's pretty much a lock at CCN even with RD.
