Softs are below average. No WE.
Had my heart set on Columbia, but that's not happening. Severely underperformed on the LSAT. Would definitely retake it, but I no longer have the energy/motivation to study for the LSAT. Really don't want to take a year off, but if I don't even get into NYU then a year off it is. What do you guys think my chances are?

The chances seem slim.

But I'm 3.5/170 and I'm doing it.

I see, anyone else think there's practically no chance? LSN seems to show the odds aren't that terrible. And I wish you the best of luck Killingly!

I mean, if it's NYU or bust, then you have no reason not to ED.

If you are willing to take a year off if you don't get NYU I really don't see the harm, unless you could expect to get scholarship money there or a similar school if you retake.
