What are my chances getting into a lower tier 1 school? I plan on retaking the LSAT in December but wasn't sure if I should apply to a few schools before I retake the test. I have a solid resume with club sports, honor societies, officer positions, student government, and a job but just didn't do well on the LSAT.
I'm looking at applying to:
Mississippi
Arkansas-Fayettville
Baylor
UMiami
The first week of November...would this be a good idea?

Get a higher score. You have a great GPA, don't waste it! Right now you're probably shut out of most of the T1 (if you mean 1-50).

No shot at T1. Same goes for the upper three quarters of TT. Many in the bottom quarter of TT will be a toss up, but you won't be competitive for scholarship. Has to be a retake. That GPA is too good to waste. Manage a 157 and you'll have bites in the lower T1 with GPA whores like Mason.
