170/3.98/URM

First of all, thanks to anyone who is willing to help! I am absolutely neurotic and want some idea of what I should expect
Basics:
-3.98 GPA from top 20 undergrad
-170 October 2011 score (1st test taken)
- Born and raised in Mexico, moved to the US when I was 12
I am looking at my chances of getting into HYS and beyond those three. I feel like with my numbers, I am all but assured that I will be rejected from the top 3 and will be left with no money from a 4-10 school. Of course, I am very happy with my scores, but I want to see what I should expect and if anyone feels like I should even consider retaking to reach my PT average of 175.
Thanks again!

I think you have a better than 50/50 shot at HYS.

Out of those top 3, is there any one in particular that you feel I could have a better shot at?

I would be shocked if you were not accepted to at least 2/3.

Any particular reason why you think so, or is this simply based on the hypothetical URM boos that I should expect. Does anyone actually know what boost URM's get?

I've heard +10 for AA. Not sure about Mexican...maybe a good guess is +5?

Anyone else know what sort of bump URM (Mexican) would give you?

Some authors have tried to quantify it by saying that AA are given a hypothetical +10 boost in their LSAT scores while MA are given a +5 bump. Although I never fully accepted this theory because it seemed far too formulaic (even for law school admissions).

You will be judged relative to the quality of other MA (and potentially Puerto Rican) applicants. For lack of a more accurate way to describe it, schools are trying to fill quotas. If a lot of MA applicants have better numbers than you do, then you might have a tough time, however I don't think this is the case.
Schools are also somewhat more likely to view URM candidates on the whole (reading PS, DS, LORs, and resume more closely). This is because they generally need to dip below one or both of their 25% to do this, so it really doesn't affect reportable numbers. You are in the fortunate position of being a URM that is above one 75% and above the 25% at all of HYS.
You should do well.

Don't settle for anything short of HYS or a T-10 on a full ride.

How about non-URM Hispanics? I'm 170/4.06/South American. Do I get any sort of boost?
