3.99/171 Please help me! Forum

Hi, I need some advice please : )
I got 171 on Oct LSAT (and before I got 168 on June LSAT).
And I have 3.99 GPA from Top20 national universities.
Do I have any chance at HYS?? I'm thinking HYS is too reach for me... right?
So, I am trying to decide where I should apply ED between Columbia or Chicago.
Do you guys think I have a good chance at those schools? and more importantly, Do you think I have equal chance at Columbia and Chicago? Or do you think I have a better chance at one of those two?? and lastly, Does applying early help??
Please help! Your advice will be greatly appreciated

I don't think HYS is a super-reach. There's a good chance you'll get shut out of them, but there's also a good chance you might sneak into one or two of them. Also, you're in the running for $ at CCN, so don't ED.

Really?? That's very nice to hear. But how does the fact that I am an international student and have a weak soft change my chance?
I am worried that if I don't apply ED to one of T6, I won't get into any of them RD
Do you think I have an equal chance at Chicago and Columbia???
Since Columbia seem to weigh LSAT more than Chicago and 171 isn't too solid for Columbia, do I have better chance at chicago?? or does it not matter??
