I have a 3.4 and just got my Oct lsat with a 169 and was planning on EDing to UVA. Do I at least have a chance??

Yeah you have a chance. But I don't think it's a very good one.
170-171 seems to be a good cutoff for splitter ED.
Not many with 3.4 169. I know 1 guy got in with 3.35 169 ED.

how about 164 3.84? I'm retaking in December, and am trying to decide where to ED before then. GW, BU, UVa?

Unless you have a killer PS, LORs, other softs, or somehow the lower number of applicants strongly affects this cycle, you're most likely a WL or a reject. =/
Seems like most 169 3.3-3.5's got WL or rejected.
Good luck on your cycle. You can always try EDing anyway, then retake for next year if things don't work out.

3.84 is below UVA median, so no. Also no on GW and BU EDs. They are competitive (because of full schollys), so it's not a backdoor. 164 is too low.justiceleague wrote:how about 164 3.84? I'm retaking in December, and am trying to decide where to ED before then. GW, BU, UVa?
