Just got first LSAT score back today...155.

3.49 GPA plus a long resume of work experience in Colorado. Go to good school on east coast.

Do I need to retake or will rest of app balance the bad score out?

Colorado's LSAT median for the last two admissions cycles was a 164 & the GPA median rose from 3.60 to 3.64. Both of your numbers are well below both medians. Your LSAT score of 155 is well below Colorado's 25th%. Chances are not good based on your numbers.
