No one will care about your old score, also you have average softs.

I think you'll probably get into Cornell. Your LSAT's above 75th and your GPA is above 25th (I think). LSN seems to back me up.
You have an okay shot at other T-14 too--I'd say good shot at GULC, and okay at MVPB with ED.

Besides LSN and 25/75 numbers, my hunch for Cornell is because people with your numbers (170 LSAT, 3.5/6ish GPA) do have lots of options for getting into "higher" T-14s (based on USNews), so I would think they would want to snag you. Just make it really seem like you want to go there--the Cornell app has weird Cornell-relevant questions like "Why Cornell" within the app and "Name a person who influenced you to apply to Cornell," which I think 170 LSAT-type people might just kind of gloss over because they think of Cornell as a "safety" (just 'cause its LSAT median is lowest for T-14).

I'm in pretty much the same boat numbers wise, and from what I can tell you've pegged the odds accurately, except for Berkeley. LSP says that you should have a shot, but I think it might not take into account how GPA heavy they are.
