Again, check out LSN.

Yes, you're basically out of the running at Columbia.
Penn ED might help, but you're actually a hair below both of their medians, so don't hold your breath. And if you do get into Penn, you won't be getting money. You might get $ at Michigan, Duke, or Cornell.

If you don't want to ED anywhere else, then I don't see the harm in EDing Columbia (other than the application fee), but you probably won't get in.
