Did terrible freshman year of college. My GPA over final 3 years of college was 3.85

Just got the results for Oct LSAT - 162 - it was my first time taking it and am retaking in Dec.

What are my chances as is at Boston schools?

What's so bad about Northeastern?

And what would be the minimum LSAT score I need for BC / BU?

I've been out of school for two and a half years with great work experience...

Other than the solid chance of ending up unemployed/underemployed/hilariously indebted, nothing really.

You're gonna want a 166 or 167 to have a shot.

I don't necessarily agree with this - I think you have a shot, just not a very good one. If you really show a commitment to Boston, I know of someone with lower numbers that got a late acceptance. Emphasize your last 3 years in your PS/Resume. Of course, your chances would highly improve if you retook the LSAT.

So... what?

If you do get in with those numbers, enjoy hilarious debt. Retake ASAP.
