3.35/176

Attended an Ivy and had a strong upward trend, so I'm hoping to see a bit of forgiveness on the crap GPA from the adcomms. Not holding my breath, though. Decent softs but nothing that will change the game.

I am thinking of applying early decision to NYU or CLS and hoping for the best. Am I strong enough at MVP to justify this, or is it too risky? Any thoughts/comments appreciated.

Edit: Sorry for bumping and resurrecting a dead thread. I feel so rude. :(

I heard on another section of the TLS forums that Columbia's ED option provides less of a boost than most other ED options, NYU's included. If this is true, then my chances are NYU are deceptively much better than CLS, even though my odds RD aren't much better. Can anyone substantiate this trend, or is it just a tall tale?

Take a look at http://www.lawschoolnumbers.com

I've seen anecdotal evidence that suggests you're in a good place for CLS ED or NYU ED, but check it out for yourself.
