Apply to everything but Yale and Stanford. You'll get in somewhere in that range, probably with a nice, but smallish, scholarship.

Regular, keep your options open. Apply to Yale and Stanford too if you have the $$, it can't hurt..

You should still apply to H at least, they have been known to take URMs with GPAs that low before.

You will get a full ride to UVA, so enjoy that if you want free law school.
You will get into CCN, though not sure about scholarship. HYS are a reach, but possible. Apply for sure.
