3.95/ 165 ED Duke or UVA????

Hey guys I have a 3.95/165 LSAT+ plus I took it yesterday but I do not know how it went so just judge me using these numbers. My question is where do I have a better chance of getting into with ED? UVA or Duke? I have pretty decent softs- social fraternity, professional internship with a big 3 automaker, Honors College... Thank you!
EDIT: FWIW, I was given merit-based fee-waivers to both of these schools

UVA. Duke didn't let in anyone white people with an LSAT that low last cycle.

Well right now I have no idea since you have no score. If you get a 165 then yes, absolutely.

I do have a score, I have a 165. I took the LSAT again yesterday to try and improve

Just posting some of my softs. I am saying I have decent softs overall, that in no way implies that each and every soft qualifies as decent.

I applied last cycle with similar number, but my GPA is a little higher than yours. I didn't ED to Duke and UVA, and was rejected by both of them. Some people with similar numbers ED to UVA and are all accepted. You can either take a gamble by ED to neither one of them like I did and if you are lucky, you might get a better LSAT socre in November and end up in a better school; OR if you are not an underrepresented minority nor have fantastic personal statement/experience, in the meantime your LSAT score doesn't improve, you probably will be better off ED to UVA.

Quick look at LSN for the last cycle or so shows that you've got a much better shot at UVa. Unless you have a significant aversion to Charlottesville, send in your ED contract asap.

ED to UVA. If it doesn't work out, you can always try for Duke after (although in order to get the most bites at the apple, I would recommend shooting for either Michigan or Penn ED first since Duke has Round II ED and they don't).

+1, assuming OP doesn't have any strong preferences one way or the other
