I know that multiple cancellations certainly doesnt scream Admit, but how harmful will they really be? The most recent cancel is from the 10/1/11 administration of the test, and i will be canceling due to significant illness/discomfort during the test.

Not harmful.

What schools are you looking at? The range I'm assuming you'll be applying to will likely care very little, if at all. They may care if deliberating between you and someone with same numbers, but I would apply as a 165/3.77 without worrying about the cancels. It probably makes even less of a difference than a 165 and two lower scores, and even then it doesn't really matter at the schools in the range of a 165 LSAT. Multiple takes/cancels is really only a big deal when in the T6 range, and it's even debated that only YHS care enough to make a difference.

Going into this process Texas was my target/ dream school, but the LSAT situation makes that unlikely. i think ill apply selectively from 20- 50, and hopefully get some decent money at decent schools. I will also throw an app at Texas and several other 14-20 to satisfy my optimistic side
