I am about to take the LSAT for the first time this Saturday. My GPA is 3.89 with a 4.0 GPA for my Masters in Education, I have 2 years work experience as a teacher with Teach For America. I have tested as high as 170 on practice tests, but more consistently in the 165-167 range. Thoughts?

Unfortunately, no one on this site can tell you anything about your admissions chances that sites like lawschoolnumbers.com can't. This is especially true without an actual LSAT score, which is both a) the single most important metric for law school admissions, and b) the hardest to predict.
Relax, knock out the LSAT this weekend and come back when you get a score. GL!

Quite frankly, Berkeley is highly unpredictable. If you get around 167 you would be around their medians and technically, you'd have a good shot. But take a look at this LSN graph:

Berkeley is VERY unpredictable and holistic. Therefore, no one can tell you ANYTHING about your chances realistically. I don't think there is anything like an "auto admit" to Berkeley, because they're holistic and don't seem to give a damn about their medians.
So, don't bank on Berkeley. Put a lot of effort into your essay but don't be surprised if you don't get in, even if the numbers say otherwise. Apply widely to make sure you have options!

Yeah, 165 vs. 170 is the difference between hoping to crack the T20 and being near-assured of a competitive scholly offer from one of MVPD.
