Good afternoon all!
So, LSDAS just calculated my GPA, and it's a cruddy 3.68. Oddly my UGPA from my university is slightly greater than a 3.8. Anyway, LSAT is a 180, I was a Marshall finalist, fulbright fellow, and now work for McKinsey & Co.
So given all this what are my chances at HYS? (In addition, I went to H for grad school, and I would get a strong letter from a us senator for Y (he is an alum of YLS))
Looking forward to hearing the results! Thanks for responses!
Jake

lol
ETA: No chance at GPA-loving S. My instinct was to say no chance at H but > 178 LSAT seems to save a couple hovering around their GPA floor:

Y: if your senator is Joe Lieberman... maybe

dont listen to him..he has no idea what he is talking about..u have a very very good shot at all 3 schools. I would expect u to get in 2 of the 3, if not all 3.....the main thing that REALLY REALLY helps you are the fellowships...the 180 wont hurt either....hopefully ill c u at HYS

Deranged Wang is applying, not accepted, so take his and my advice with similarly-sized grains of salt (PROTIP TDW: try to use less than 25 ellipses in your Hahvahd PS).
Just be aware law schools (and HYS especially it seems) save their bottom quartile GPA spots for URMs and people with extraordinary accomplishments (Pullitzers, Nobels, etc.). Maybe your fellowships/close friendships with famous people will make the cut... but maybe not.

Reasonable shot at H. YS are less likely, but still worth the app fees. At the very least, you should get some handsome schollies from CCN.
