Hi Everyone,
LSAT 161
Undergrad GPA 3.49
Graduate GPA 3.97
I am getting my Masters in Social Work. I interned on a U.S. Senate Campaign for the 2010 cycle. I have interned for two years in social work agencies. I am the Graduate Research Assistant in my department at my university and will be publishing a journal article soon (though, unfortunately, not in time to include on my applications!)
While my undergrad GPA isn't amazing, I feel that what I have done since then does show that I am driven and capable.
So far my list is:
American, William & Mary, BU, Penn State, George Washington, CUNY, and Villanova
My focus for law is Public Interest and I would like to be in the Tri-state area preferrably. American is definitely my first choice.
I know that I can look at the school rankings and lsat medians to get a good idea but I picked a few schools right outside my LSAT bracket and I am wondering if I should even bother applying.
Any advice is surely appreciated.
