3.95-4.0/ 168/ non-URM/ a little over a year of fortune 500 work experience. UCLA/UCB undergrad. Just applied last week and wrote a Boalt-specific 3.5pg PS. Decent extra cirriculars but not a lot of non-profit/PI stuff, which I fear may hurt me. Chances? And GL to everyone else applying!

My first thought was "Yeah, you're in. Great GPA, and Boalt's LSAT medians aren't exactly known for being sky-high". Then I looked at LSN. My God, it's a sea of death, even for people with numbers similar to yours, so I really don't know.
I do know someone who was accepted with a 3.8 GPA and a 167 LSAT. This person was from California and attended a SoCal UC as well, so maybe that is some sort of boost, but I really do not know. Applying early will definitely improve your chances. GL.

apparently boalt is completely impossible to read, acceptance-wise, but you seem to have the numbers they're supposed to like.

I know. yikes. I did LS Predictor and it said admit, but then I ran the LSN for 3.9+/168 and saw tons of rejections. Albeit a lot of those rejects had later completetion dates.

In his interview on this site, Dean Edward Tom really emphasized applying early, so I think you're in good shape...maybe.

You have as good a chance as anybody. Let's put it this way: if you don't get in, it won't be your numbers holding you back.

Not sure if you are a CA resident but that is who they pulled off the waitlist first last cycle.
