Columbia - out
Chicago - 50/50
NYU - 50/50
with ED:
Columbia - out
Chicago - in

Nah. Columbia ED with those stats will probably get you a WL at least. Columbia RD with those stats are WL more often than not I'd think. (I had a way shittier GPA and only marginally better LSAT and got WL RD with a late app at both NYU and Columbia.) I think you're most likely in at Chicago or NYU with ED, and are probably in better than 50/50 shot at NYU RD.
Up to you: what's your first choice here?

a waitlist at columbia is equivalent to being rejected, no one gets off. if you look at nyu on lsn ppl with 3.9/170 are about 50/50.

Keep in mind though, while you'd be likely to pay sticker at CCN, you'd probably get a half tuition scholly from at least one of MVPD.

Credited. The 3.9/170 crowd tends to have a big decision to make between these two options.

I have similar numbers and would lean toward the scholly...but I'm really risk averse
