163 and weird gpa 3.0+3.9

so 163 on lsat and gpa is nuance. first few years got 2.8 at 1st univ. then 4.0d last semester to get me just over 3.0
next transferred into new univ and after a year carry 3.91 at the other univ taking more difficult classes by a longshot.
u of washington realistic???
how will the ugpa grade trend settle??

Google the LSDAS GPA calculator (on LSAC) website. That will give you your GPA for law school apps.

It will give you a little boost but in the end, your final GPA number is what's going to matter to schools. That's what they report to the rankings so that's what they care about.
