Retake worth it??? 165 --> 170 or more possible

I am signed up for Oct test, In June I got a 165 and my practice tests are showing 170 and up, are schools going to look at my first score and not be impressed by my higher score. I am looking at George Washington, BU, BC and my reach reach is Univ of Michigan.
