3.88/150s/172 - HYSCCN?

Hey guys,
I'm looking for help on choosing where to apply. I took the LSAT in December 2010 and scored in the 150s then took it this June and scored a 172.
I was wondering whether I had a chance at all for HYSCCN.
Should I just try to ED for Columbia?
I have checked the usual sites, but I feel like the multiple LSATs adds a different dimension to my application than if I just took it once and scored the 172.

Even if you just had a 172 your chances at HYS are not great. Certainly not impossible, but I think ED'ing Columbia would be a good bet.

You are borderline, but I would throw apps at all of those, especially if you have other significant softs, one of the CCN group is probable.
If you're short of Doe, leave YS out of the equation...very low odds
Throw in some safeties.
Good Luck

172 is a good score, 99th percentile, right?, and you can totally get into Harvard with that. Yale's admissions are random. But the 150 will hurt you with the numbers-oriented schools. Do you have an explanation for it? (not that it matters, since there aren't interviews.) Which one is the fluke? if the 172 is the fluke, try another profession. Consider:
