CU Boulder 3.2/151 + ??

Ok, so here's my story and dilemma:
In a nutshell: 3.2 undergrad, 151 LSAT aiming for 165 in December (changing from Oct. for more prep time). 1st choice: CU Boulder, 2nd choice: Denver
Expanded: I graduated from DU (Denver) with a dual degree in accounting and finance in 2006. Since then, I've been working some decent "grown up" jobs. I just graduated with my master's in legal administration from DU Law at the top of my class (3.92). I know the master's is a soft but it's a significant achievement for me.
I don't have unrealistic dreams of attending a T-14 school -- CU Boulder is my first choice since I'm in-state and it's a great school. It's currently ranked #47. DU Law is my second choice (ranked #77).
I've taken the LSATs three times before. The first score (which thank GOD will disappear this year) was an embarrassing 141. The second score from 2/2010 was 151. The third score was a panic attack-induced 147.
I'm a little red in the face posting here because, frankly, your 170's intimidate me. However, I'm determined to get my anxiety under control and get a 165 on the next test. However, I'm conflicted: I'm signed up for October but I'm not even half way through my first Powerscore Bible. Hypothetically, if I submit my application before I take the test and change my test date to December and get a 165, what do you guys think about my chances? My reasoning is that the extra two months of study time will allow me to get through all of my study guides and take more practice tests so I'm more prepared and calm on test day.
