i would apply everywhere.
yale - very little chance, but that applies to everyone
harvard - might get in possibly off waitlist
stanford - crapshoot
CCN - probably in with little $
everyone else - in with $$-$$$$

You should apply to YHS for sure if you want to go to one of them. You aren't out of the running.
