Three LSATs 3.76 top 5 schools

I should be studying right now but I'm kind of fretting.

I PT-ed in the 170s pretty consistently but I got a 157 followed by a 167.

Given the fact that I am getting a note from my doctor attesting to a medication I switched to before the 157 that made me ridiculously sleepy, do I have a chance of the lowest score being "dismissed" in a sense?

I am re-taking the 167 because it's still far below my test average but I guess I got nervous and misbubbled.

I have decent softs: low income background, adopted, work experience in a foreign country, awards, written for newspapers and various publications, etc...

I am not a URM.

Thanks.

Oh, and obviously to even have a chance I know I need to at least get a 175 at this point. I'm trying to aim for a 180.

I would guess if you could hit 172/173 you would have a decent shot at any of CCN. I imagine that YHS are going to be long shots even if you hit into mid or high 170s, because you are a hair below their most recently posted 25%tile GPA cutoff (except for Stanford, which you are a hair above the 25%tile mark for).

Edit: Does NYU still average LSATs? I think for most schools it is really only the highest that matters, but I do think that at some of the very top schools the multiple tests (including one in 150s) could be more of an issue. This could be especially true at any school that explicitly indicates they give some weight to previous LSATs--I think maybe NYU says something like that.

But really it is all about getting into the 170s range. If you don't, you should still have some decent T20 options (including possibly lower T14 with a 3.76/167), but obviously T5(T6) is preferable.

Hmm. I guess I'm wondering how much weight it really is going to hold. Hopefully they will afford more weight to the 167 and the third score... Obviously, if I'm going against someone with a 3.76 and a 177 first shot + similar softs, they are going to be the preferable candidate.

Really wish I canceled that first one. Oh well.

wouldn't sweat it, can't change it. Just get that 175 is all that matters now, then see what happens.
