I focused a bit to much on partying during my first two years of college, but have an upward trend with my gpa. I have a 165 on the LSAT. I know i will be grilled for looking at t4 schools but what are my chances at
University of Dayton
Capital
Akron
Cleveland State
Case Western
Michigan State
Pittsburgh
Indiana

I wouldn't expect much love for any of these schools from tls.

Take Indiana off that list and I think you'd bat 1.000.

Dayton - In
Capital - In
Akron - In
CSU - In
Michigan State - I don't know
Pittsburgh - In or Waitlist, No $
Case - In or Waitlist, No $
Indiana (Assuming you mean IU-Indy) - Not sure
You're obviously targeting Ohio and have given up all hope of getting into OSU. First, apply to OSU - you might get waitlisted, applications are down overall so numbers might fall as well, you never know unless you try. If you have connections in-state that guarantee you a job, just go somewhere affordable. If not, you are going to be forced to pay for the best school possible, and the job market isn't very good, so consider carefully before you decide to drop 200k on this. Do not attend Dayton or Capital for any reason, and if you want to work in Ohio, there's no reason to go to IU-Indy or MSU. Pitt would be alright. No interest in Cinci?

I got Wisconsin with 164/2.67. It's possible. Aim higher; something just might stick.

Because Dayton and Capital are tier four schools that are not worth your time or money. It is debatable whether Akron or Cleveland State are justifiable either, and certainly they are only options for someone planning to work in the Cleveland/Akron area. This is not an easy time to get a job out of law school.
Apply to some T1 state schools, OSU included. It's worth taking a chance. I would focus on OSU, UC, Case, and Pitt. Take the best offer out of those.

It will hurt you. But why not try?
