As far as TLS posters go, I am a total noob. However I can already tell you your answer will be a resounding retake from anyone to whom it is worth listening.

Really can't say until the retake gets done. A 160 with a 3.97 has the potential of not getting you into any of those schools. Get yourself at least a 165+ and you're looking good. 170 and up and you are going to go go t-14 with money. Get to studying for the LSAT.

This question is crucial. If OP is an AA/NA, s/he is in at all those schools and should shoot higher. If OP is PR/Mexican, s/he is still in at most of those schools, though the money may not be as generous.Blessedassurance wrote:What kind of urm?

The advice from Gaia is good.
I will say that I am glad you indicated you are retaking... if you are AA/NA and can score 165+ you have a good shot at all of the T14 (yes, even HYS though it wouldn't be an amazing chance, it would be a chance) with that GPA. If you are PR/MA then a 168+ will net much the same result.
170+ and you will have it made at the lower T14 and great shots at all of the upper unless you photocopy your butt and send it in as a PS.
In any case I would strongly recommend the LSAT prep forums here at TLS, as well as the Powerscore LG and LR bibles.

You're in everywhere you listed. If you actually score 166-172 (and perhaps even if you don't), you're in everywhere, period. Don't ED anywhere.

Don't retake. If you end up with 155, you'll be pretty much locked out of those schools.
