1) What type of Hispanic?

2) Can you retake the test in October? If you're PR/Mexican URM and break a 165 you're in good shape.

You're in the T2 range. Look at schools ranked 51-100.

What state do you live in? You should be looking for an acceptance at a state school for a cheap in-state price.

I have thought about retaking in October, but just wondering where I stand at this point.
At this point, you're in somewhere in the second tier. Being cuban doesn't count as URM for most schools, though, so you might be paying sticker. I'd say retake it to get yourself into a better program or at least get a scholarship from somewhere.

You should be admitted to a few tier one law schools & many Tier Two law schools. Unfortunately, with respect to tier one law schools, you'll have to apply to many for a few acceptances. You should get some scholarship money at several Tier Two schools.

The problem is finding the Tier One law schools that group Hispanic/Latino together as an URM category as opposed to those seeking Mexican or PR hispanics/latinos.

Just retake. You won't get in many places worth attending with those numbers unfortunately.
