Work on that retake man. Kill the LSAT and get 165+. It's the most important test of your life right now...Devote all you have to it, nothing else matters right now. If you do that you can get into a decent school. Also, make sure you can pass C+F for the BAR, I dont know much about that, but I know it could be an issue. Good luck, and get of TLS and drill for the LSAT

thanks for the reply. i have been studying for the lsat since march (my first diagnostic test was a 141) so i went up 10 points in 3 months, but my heads is close to explosion if i look at another "assumption" logic question or "why is this argument flawed" question. i am taking a class right now, did you take a class or is there a book you could recommend?
The head explosions will be worth it if you can hit a higher score. At the moment, the only schools you can gain acceptance to will not give you gainful employment, and will likely seriously jeopardize your financial future. For classes, I personally recommend Blueprint (blueprintprep.com). The key feature for them is their instructors. They take great care to only select teachers that are personable, interesting, and witty, which translates to a great classroom experience. A lot of people also recommend Testmasters and Powerscore. As for books, you need to pick up the Powerscore Logic Games Bible and Logical Reasoning Bible.
in regards to the bar issues, yea i have looked into that. i know a lot of attorneys, and heard about it. i am coming 100% clean on my law school app which is why i am worried. but hey, i would rather get denied, than accepted and not being able to take the bar 3 years later.
This is the best thing to do. Forgive me if this seems snottish, but you'll need to work on your grammar a bit for your personal statement if you do choose to apply.

I got a 168 off Kaplan's online class. Kind of expensive but it got me into my dream school with $$$. I found it well worth the cost.
