Not sure what the tickets will do to your app...but otherwise you def. have a shot at around 18-20k/yr from Wake.

I'm also pretty unsure about those tickets. I know they won't ding me, but I wonder if after the point of (hopefully) deciding to admit me, if they'll be considered when scholarships are offered.

Apply to Wake early. I got in during the first round of acceptances and got $15k a year. 161 3.7 and no exceptional softs.

I got a fake Id ticket my freshman year of college in 06 and Wake didn't seem to care about that. I wrote a quick addendum and then talk about it when I visited.
But be prepared to be disappointed in the city if you go to WF instead of UGA

Honestly, you have a great shot at going to UNC, which is a marginally better school. If you retake the LSAT and score even a few points higher, you're looking at $$.
But, your current numbers will get you $$ at Wake.

OH HIIII.
You have my exact stats. I got a really good amount of money from Wake (but it's stipulated).
Believe it or not, you can reach higher than Wake (unless that is where you want to go).

Are we talking 20 k and top 2/3? Did you go?
I want to practice in the Southeast, preferably Atlanta, so pushing into the t20s isn't worth it without the likelihood of a scholarship. I am NOT going to Emory, not that that's an option.
If I pull a 167+ I'll apply to Vandy and maybe ED Duke or UVA, but that's hypothetical.
(Edited for a more thorough consideration of other schools.)

I will consider UNC if my October re-take brings me a couple points. I'm not banking on much of an increase though.

UNC may be ranked higher than WFU but I think that if you look at employment statistics and the like Wake actually outperforms them. Also, UNC is weird when it comes to out of state applicants.
This is what I hear. I think that UNC v. Wake's placement in North Carolina is more debatable than UNC v. Wake in Atlanta, where Wake seems to have a pretty clear edge. There is however, the hard to quantify issue of self selection in practice location. They're peer schools though for sure. As a GA resident hoping to practice here, I'd prefer Wake (assuming UNC sticker and Wake $).
