Notre Dame - Borderline between WL and Admit, I'd lean toward Admit.
UC davis - Admit
Cornell - WL
Texas - WL/Reject
USC - WL/In
UCLA - WL
Fordham - Admit
BU - WL
BC - Admit
Vandy - WL
Gw - Admit
UNC - WL/Admit

I'm more optimistic.
I'd say you'd also be in at ND and BU

Check lawschoolnumbers. People with your numbers were mostly admitted at GW and waitlisted at BU.

3.68/167 is 50/50... Some people on LSN had $, but the chance isn't great. Quite a few people with OP's profile were wait listed.

His numbers warrant $$ from USC...you simply need to tailor your app to USC and convey interest rather than spam a standard app across the board. Hence many of the WLs.

6 out of 15 acceptances (for #s in his range) received scholarships that ranged from $20k to $90k (median: $45k), which shows that OP has a decent shot at some $. OP, I really think you should write a Why USC Essay...which would ideally also mention the campus visit that you might consider doing.
Below is a fairly comprehensive list of USC applicants in your range on LSN.

167/3.7 Accepted

I wouldn't be able to comment well on the entertainment law aspect of your question; but yeah, if you do a visit, express your sincere interest in attending via a Why USC essay (or even a targeted personal statement), and have a strong overall application, you'd have a really good shot IMHO.
I heard that UCLA was great for entertainment law? I dunno how USC fares in comparison.

Well, it worked out for me. Not a "why BU", but a targeted PS to discuss one of their programs.
