Any other schools I should consider?
Figure out what region you want to work in and proceed from there.

If you're looking T20, you're probably in at GW.

If you are not retaking in October
Apply to Vandy/Cornell as reaches...

then pick a region for targets

NE go for Fordham/BC/BU/GW
Midwest go for ND/IUIC/IUB/Iowa
Southeast go for Emory/UGA/UF/UNC
Texas - hope for UT
West - hope for USC/UCLA, aim for UCD/H

FTFY. IU and Iowa are not in the same league as the other three.

I don't think he's getting WUSTL or UIUC with that LSAT

Above the GPA medians for both, so probably will get them. WUSTL and UIUC usually will take these people down to 165.

This is true. With the exception of perhaps UT/USC, OP has very strong shots at most of those schools. Bump up the LSAT 3 points higher and you have $$$ in the game.

I see mostly yellow in the OPs range for these two on LSN. But he would probably be one of the first off the waitlist once they have their LSAT medians down pat. But still, they'd end up being at (or near) sticker; and if you want midwest anyway, its probably better to take Iowa or Indiana at somewhere around a full ride then going there.

Do not use law school predictor, it is mostly useless. Go to http://www.lawschoolnumbers.com/ and look around. This will show you what applicants with numbers similar to yours ended up. FYI be more willing to play with the GPA than the LSAT. When you search for applicants, pick people within .1 GPA of yours (3.73-3.93) with a 165 LSAT. And exclude URMs, their cycles are irrelevant to yours. This should give you the best estimate of what to expect.

Is a retake out of the question? I ask because you seem to care about scholarship money and your chances of getting that increase with every point you get on the LSAT.

Add William & Mary (they are also relatively generous with out-of-state tuition waivers and grants). If you're in-state for any of your reaches (e.g. Texas), you may want to ED or EA. If you don't re-take, definitely apply EARLY and WIDELY, so you have options and can leverage any $ come April.
