UVA or Michigan would be good ED targets. Michigan gives ED admits merit and need based aid, so even if starting in the summer would be difficult it's something you should think about.

Unlikely from the T14's and UCLA. However, USC might very well offer $20-$25K/year. See LSN: http://usc.lawschoolnumbers.com/applicants/1011

good to know :D This makes 'SC appealing to me.

I'm just really hesitant into EDing still and I've been doing research for the past couple weeks
USC doesn't have an ED program, but as far as ED'ing to other schools, IMO it's not a good idea to ED unless you are absolutely sure that the school you are ED'ing to is your #1 choice and you would attend at sticker. If you ED, you pretty much lose your ability to negotiate for scholarship money (because of the lack of competing offers from other schools).

Surprised no one's mentioned this yet, but to the OP: Michigan's summer start is NOT mandatory. In fact, only one section does summer start, everyone else starts around labor day. On the application, you tell them if you want to be considered for summer and fall start, or only fall start (which won't hurt you). If you really like Michigan, I recommend visiting and writing the "Why Mich" short essay, and play up any ties to the school/state/Midwest in general. I'm not sure you should ED though, because if you really want to go back and practice in Cali, I think it makes more sense to school there. I'm more optimistic about your shot at UCLA - your GPA is well above the median and you're knocking on the door for the LSAT median) . Don't know much about Berkeley, but I would guess you have at least an outside shot, esp. with that GPA. Maybe pick up an interesting soft?
