Hi there,

I'm retaking the LSAT in October, but based on my current stats, what do you think my chances are at T14? T25? Do you think I can get a full ride to Brooklyn or Cardozo?

What's my best shot at BigLaw here?

Stats:

LSAT: 167
GPA: 3.58
Ivy undergrad
3 years work experience, account executive at PR company, also started my own video production company

Thanks for the input...

You're not getting T-14

WL (then maybe in w no $) at Vandy, UCLA, USC, UT ... mostly WL/in at lower than that

Best shots at biglaw are Fordham, GW, BU/BC, ND, ... go with lower COA/preferred market

You'll get 30+k/ yr at Brooklyn and Cardozo, but their schollys have tough stipulations, so there is a chance you'll lose them. Plus, you should not be going to these schools thinking biglaw is anything but a pipedream.

Law School Predictor says I am a "Consider" at Northwestern and Cornell. If I ED, I'm a "Consider" at Penn and GULC, according to Law School Predictor.

What does everyone think of these results? How much will ED/EA boost my chances at Penn, GULC, NW, Cornell?

Do you think my 3 years WE will give me an edge at NW?

Thanks for your continued input...

Are you a URM?

If not, you're out at all of the above schools even with ED.

While work experience helps at Northwestern, your LSAT and GPA are both sub-median. You should interview and write a convincing Why Northwestern. However, I wouldn't get your hopes up. Most likely scenario is ding/WL

Cardozo's new schollies are 2.95/Top 80%.

OP should look at BU or BC with lower CoA, higher placement, and 5-6k less tuition than peer schools. BU's admissions standards will probably be higher with smaller class sizes though.
