167 LSAT 3.9 GPA

Softs include: Two different study abroad, LGBT activism, Founder/President of Debate Club, Full-time work first year, Internship at State Legislature.

I had to take the LSAT this past june with only one month of prep because of the second SA. I won't be able to take it in October either because I will be working full time/taking 7 classes, so I am stuck with the 167

Schools:

Vanderbilt
Cornell
Stanford
UTenn
UBerkeley
NYU
UNH
Chicago
UVA
Georgetown
George Washington

Not even applying to Yale/Harvard/Columbia because I really don't feel like I have a fighting chance.

Why are Tennessee and New Hampshire on your list?

Tenn because I can get in-state tuition, and New Hampshire just for kicks - not really, the latter being on there because of current marriage laws in the Northeast (married here and would like to not have to go through hassles in states with constitutional amendments).

Even if you get in-state tuition, do you want to practice in Tennessee?

Don't understand the marriage laws thing---is this in reference to gay marriage?

Also BU and BC will throw money at you, as will Emory. But with those numbers, I would shoot a bit higher...UPenn and Michigan should be in there, and I would choose one of CCN that you like best just for kicks. BC will probably be a good money option.
