You can probably get UCLA/USC (check the graph to make sure) but you are almost assuredly out of the T14.

I forgot to add that you might have a small chance at certain T14s who have medians below 3.77 (I think UVa has a 3.75 median) if you ED but I still think your chances are slim as, if I recall correctly, they still tend to want a 3.8+ for reverse splitters.
