3.45/166 PR male

I had a horrible freshman year, something like a 2.3 GPA, took 8 years off and have run about a 3.95 since returning to school.
I'll be honest, I had grand aspirations of taking 30+ lsats leading up to the test and studying heavily. Given my course load and poor time management I ended up taking 1 or 2, so a retake is probably a given assuming that I actually practice properly. However, I'd like to find out my chances as is.
Also, PR=Puerto Rican. I've read that it's almost as big a boost as being an AA male, but given how few of us there are I can't seem to find ANY on Law School Numbers, maybe you guys know of some around my numbers?
Finally, my question, what are my chances in the Top 6?(hopefully > 0) and how far down do I need to go to start receiving full scholarship offers?
