You might be able to get one or two of MVP, especially if you ED, but you would be paying sticker. Without a retake, which is a gamble when you're scoring that high, I wouldn't expect a significantly better cycle.
Personally I'd hold on the WL offers and go to GULC or Cornell next year. Another year of delaying your career probably isn't worth the very marginal benefit you'd see by reapplying.
