I have a dismal 2.13 gpa and a 159 Lsat. Also, I am a graduate degree candidate with a 3.6 gpa so far.....
Has anyone even attempted LS with these numbers?
Any chance at TT or TTT Part Time Programs?

You might get into a TTT or TTTT full time, since your LSAT is relatively high for those schools. Though I'm not sure how smart an investment it would be/how much your GPA will hurt you.
As for your grad degree, it won't be factored into your GPA. It MIGHT act as a tiebreaker if it comes down to you vs. some other candidate, but it won't help your grades even though you're doing well.
Good luck!

Unless you have a guaranteed job, retake or don't go.

I can't speak for OP but to give you some idea - My lsdas gpa is working out to be around a 3.1 while my overall gpa is around a 3.5 and my degree gpa over 3.8. So, if OP is anything like me, the gpa the grad school may be looking at is likely much higher than the lsdas gpa. To get accepted into my grad program, almost all of the consideration went into my GRE scores (I was basically told that if I surpassed median scores for all 3 sections, I'd be in) and my last 60 hours of coursework.

Why law school if you are already working on a graduate degree? Would you be interested in working in that field?
As far as TT or TTT part time programs, I suppose you could apply and see what happens, but I wouldn't go into debt for them.

He prolly found his grad-school job prospects equal to his undergrad job prospects. Now he wants to double down and go to law school.

I'm actually employed full time as a paralegal, and attending classes in the evening. I would be applying part-time for it's adaptable schedule, because I plan to work full time wherever I end up going.
I wanted to know what people's experiences in applying to part-time TT and TTT schools has been.

I'd shoot an app to South Texas College of Law in Houston, and also to SMU if you can raise your score by a couple of points. SMU's pretty good about giving out fee waivers, so it would only cost 12 bucks to apply.

Sorry if I came off as a jerk. I meant to say that having a 2.1 GPA means you probably won't get much in scholarships, and attending a lower ranked school without aid is risky. But if you're working full time and not borrowing much, then it sounds like it works for you.
