Just search with your numbers, see which schools in areas you would enjoy working you have a chance at, and go from there.

What kind of URM? I'm pretty sure you will get some T14, at least Cornell.
Duke could happen too, a 3.5/164 URM got in this cycle on LSN. Just blanket the T14 if possible, aside from that you'll get in anywhere.

Hispanic URM. Cornell is definitely on my list, but I figured it was a bit of a reach?
