Indiana- Bloomington
Georgia

Washington & Lee
Northeastern University
University of Tennessee
Florida State University
I am currently a junior, graduating 12/2012. I am a finance major/accounting minor with a very decent amount of work experience under my belt. I want to work in corporate/securities/tax law. Not a URM, white. I am partially deaf & cancer survivor.
What are my chances with these current scores?

Not sure how the deafness and cancer thing will affect chances but this is what I give you if no boost

It's cliche, but I think the first question is whether you have already taken the LSAT more than one time. If not, I would aim to retake it with the goal of breaking 170. That will open many more doors for you most likely. That said my guesses:
Illinois- waitlist/ prob out, but you are somewhat of a splitter which I think they are o.k. with, so you may have small glimmer of hope here.
Ohio State - don't know, maybe waitlist
Wisconsin WL/ prob out
Boston College out; numbers almost definitely too low
Colorado prob out; GPA too low for Colorado I think
Indiana- Bloomington WL prob out, but you are somewhat of a splitter so you may have
smallglimmer of hope here.
Georgia prob out
Seton Hall- In.. maybe money?
Washington & Lee- probably in
Northeastern University- In with money.
University of Tennessee- Don't know, but probably in.
Florida State University- Prob in, or WL
Edit: I should warn that I applied 2009/2010 application cycle (class of 2013), which I think was one of the most competitive cycles ever (if not the most competitive). Since then there have been many less applicants and I get the impression that it is now somewhat easier to get in places. I did try to account for that though; otherwise I would have prob put deny at pretty much all the T1s.
Edit, Edit: side note.. dang the color highlight feature on this site is a pain to use.

I have similar numbers - same LSAT, lower GPA, but nontrad with a lot of WE. Seton Hall with money, definitely. Northeastern, in, but it's tough to get any money from them at all. Boston College - deny. Good luck.

What do you think OP's odds are of getting accepted to Illinois with an ED?
Edit: Assuming Illinois even has an ED program as I've never really read into it. But if they do, and OP didn't mind paying sticker at a T25, so do you OP can get accepted?

Illinois has an ED program and they are also known for being fairly holistic, so I think a good addendum for that GPA may do the trick - they have accepted below-median applicants in the past before with good softs.
That being said, I also know of someone with a 3.5/165 who was rejected ED this cycle, so take that for what you will.

Thanks all. I put in the deafness/ cancer survivor because I don't know if law schools will see that as overcoming obstacles, etc? Just thought I'd see. If I got an lsat of at least 170 where would that put me? Also, do these schools put emphasis on personal statements & letters of recommendation?

unless you have a truly unique\phenomenal PS and recommendations, these factors don't count for much. I think most schools (having gone through this process this past year) use your LORs and PS to make sure you have respected people who can vouch for you and that you can write coherently. Then once that fact is checked off, the only thing that really matters is your GPA and your LSAT (unless you are an URM).

got into Seton Hall with 35k
BC denied
IUB denied but id give it a shot because I feel as though I got fucked.

Apply as early as possible. Maybe take the LSAT again? A couple more pts could open a lot of doors for you and get you some $$$

Your LSAT isn't bad at all for the schools you are looking at. Your GPA is what I think needs to go up. Work on a 4.0 this semester! Last year, a 164 got you into most of the schools you are looking at but a 3.2 is low in the legal field.
