3.75/173 - not URM

Hey guys, just wanted to know my chances. I got the 3.75 GPA, but 173 is just a hypothesis (but i'v taken many many official practice exams and I rarely get below 173). I major in economics at an IVY League, and I'm going to take a gap year. My golden goal is Columbia, but realistic goal range is Penn or Berkeley. Any suggestions?
