My numbers were similar, but I applied kind of late (around Christmas) and got waitlisted. Apply super early for best results -- altho I hear applying EA might just end up deferring you till regular decision and actually lengthening the process.

I think you have a pretty solid chance.
I'm 3.5/167 with mediocre softs and I at least made the waitlist. Your softs/hispanic background should push you over the edge to an admit, I've heard of 3.5/167s getting straight in before.

1. & 2. Your GPA seems fine for Cornell, we will need to know your actual LSAT score to predict your chance accurately.snazzybumblebee7 wrote: 1) GPA 3.54 from a top 12 school, History/Archaeology with a writing minor. Edit: just realized I was in the what are my chance forum. So yes, if your LSAT is 167, your chance of being admitted to Cornell is good.

Hopefully your extras will put you over, I've got a 3.82 and a 167, on reserve. (not saying that means you wouldn't get in, just saying a 167 doesn't make it any kind of a lock.)

What is a Top 12 school? Does that just mean you went to NU? Why not just say "3.54 from NU"? Your chances are not super. I'd give you 25-75. Worth applying though.

Hit a 170 LSAT for a MUCH better chance.
