No one is gonna care about your grad GPA unfortunately. With a 158/3.25 you're not gonna get into anywhere worthwhile from debt/jobs standpoint. I'd retake, or don't go.

Nope, no mommy/daddy lawyers.

Would being a URM help at all? (Hispanic-Latino)

Are you Mexican/Puerto Rican, or are you "other" hispanic?

Dagger. I am retaking in October.

Any comments on my chances if I boost to 160-165?

Like Minnessotafan said, not likely to provide much of a boost if at all. I good diversity statement might help you, but not enough that applying with the LSAT/GPA combo is worthwhile.

There are some pretty good guides in the LSAT forum you can use to improve.

160-165 is a LARGE range. Just retake the LSAT and get back to use.

Use lawschoolnumbers.com if you want to play around with some scenarios.

You could probably get into U of O, as is. Pretty good school with low tuition. Also in regards to the Washington Legal Market, everyone seems to think it's Seattle or bust but there's a decently sized legal market in Olympia and Tacoma

I am at UMass now and wouldn't mind staying on the east coast (or Boston, more specifically). I am very interested in Oregon and Seattle because of their legal writing programs (as well as Oregon's environmental program).

Denver, Stetson and Kent all have decent legal writing programs that I feel I have a shot at. (Originally from the SW, so wouldn't mind Denver.)

Thanks for your info.

Can only comment on Oregon, but semi-URM (at Oregon, I bet you count as URM), Grad GPA and work experience might be enough to get you in to UO, especially if you apply early. Your LSAT and UGPA are both below median (but above 25th). Worth a shot, but your chance would be better if you could get your LSAT above their 75th to compensate. Improving your LSAT even to 160 would up your chances at all of those schools.
