3.3 GPA from a top-50 undergrad with a 172 LSAT. How would I fare at Georgetown if I did ED? What about Cornell and Texas? Those are my top 3 choices right now.

Definitely in at Georgetown ED, probably out at UT unless you're a resident, and it's a tossup at Cornell - but I'd say with a strong targeted essay and PS you have a good chance of being accepted.

Thanks. Would you suggest substituting UVA for Texas? Basically, would I have a decent shot at any other T14 schools besides Georgetown and Cornell?

UVA would be a good choice. If you have post-grad work exp, NU would be a good shot. Both of those favor high LSAT, barely 3.0+ gpas. And if you don't get into GULC, you can do a second ED to UVA

I wouldn't ED to GTown. Penn ED and UVA ED you have a pretty solid chance. GTown and Cornell you have a good chance RD. I have a 171/3.3 and got both RD. Waitlisted at Penn ED but I'm an outlier, most splitters 170+ got accepted.
