I think it's a long shot at Columbia, Chicago, and NYU. Penn is the most likely, but you may not want to ED to the one you are most likely at. But, if you dont ED to penn you could very easily be shut out of all of them.

You have a decent shot at either one of NYU/U of C ED. For Penn non-ED, even with a 3.46, you should be okay provided that you write 2 optional essays.

Columbia is tough. Apply EARLY and Ed to either NYU or UofC

This is a good idea IMHO - had I known that you had ties to NY, I would have voted U of C.
