I think pre-1Ls are discouraged from asking transfer questions on here, but I may be wrong. You might want to review any notes in the transfer thread. Also, this post is probably properly placed under the transfer thread rather than here.
That being said, I would carefully evaluate whether you really would be happy graduating from Davis or Hastings. Planning- or even hoping- to transfer sucks IMO; in the long-run I think it will be way easier just to retake the LSAT, although I know you don't want to.
I was in your position in that I didn't want to take more time to retake, but honestly that would have been an easier route for sure. I may have a shot of transferring, but the hope of doing so has added a lot of stress to my 1L year and made it hard to enjoy being where I am at.
