3.61 169/174, grant recipient, thesis, experience in a legal clinic. Chances?

Meant to include schools, sorry. I'd kill to go Bay Area, but otherwise I dont really care, just looking for the best schools. Shot at Columbia/NYU/Michigan?

Good shot everywhere besides HYS. But, berk will be tough because they seem to care more about GPA.

GPA is a little low for HYS but u never know

A retake plus a 3.6 is a double negative, i'd put his chances at HYS somewhere around 1%.

I don't see HYS happening because of the low gpa. Berkeley seems unpredictable so you have a shot, but they like gpa's a lot too. You definitely have a shot at Columbia/NYU/Michigan though. Good luck!

HYS and Berkeley are likely out due to GPA, but apply early in the cycle and I think you'd get in across the board otherwise.
